Cavit Bottega Vinai Pinot Nero 6 btl/case. Grapes: Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir). Classification: Trentino DOC. Refined in Barrique and Oak cask for 10-12 months. Very pronounced bouquet of red fruits, cherry in particular and jammy, with almond and vanilla notes. It improves markedly with age to give excellent structure and velvety sensations due to the perfect harmony of the constitutents. Sugars: 2,0 g/l. Acids: 4,8 g/l.
