The Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads, selected from two contrasting ages, the youngest being 6 years old. The time spent in port casks has added layers of of red berries and smoked meats to the natural maritime peat smoke and citrus sweetness.
