Triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Zesty spice, black pepper and peaches on the nose. Flavours of pot Still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak. An aftertaste of oak and butterscotch.
