The Irishman Single Malt 0,7l plo. Matured in American Oak Bourbon and European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks to give exceptional flavour and complexity. Triple distilled and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Rich, honeyed maltiness and soft notes of candied fruit come from the double maturation. Delicate honied malt aromas on the nose. Flavours of candied fruit, bursting with sweetness and notes of fig. An aftertaste of sundried raisins and seasoned oak spices.
