RETURNS

Here is all the information regarding returns and refunds.

ABOUT RETURNS

All returns must be accompanied by a return form indicating the sender, the products being returned, and the quantity of products being returned. The filled return form must be attached to the products or given to the shipping company.
It is the customer’s responsibility to show the driver the products to be returned.
Any product that do not belong to Diamond Beverages will be automatically returned to the sender, for which we charge a handling and shipping fee of 50 € (VAT 0 %).

​EMPTY KEGS

At least four (4) empty kegs must be returned at once, in other cases we will charge a handling fee of 20€ (VAT 0 %).
Empty kegs are collected when orders are delivered.
Returning of empty kegs needs to be informed in advance, for example by email or in the comment section of a web shop order.
For separate collection of empty kegs, we will charge a transport and handling fee of 50€ (VAT 0 %).

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

A complaint must be filed about defective products at myynti(at)diamondbeverages.fi. 
The complaint must include
Customers name.
Reason for the complaint.
Picture of the LOT and BBD of the defective product.
(Regarding KeyKegs, also picture of the keg’s own LOT and QR-code AND the sticker of the beer itself).
After the complaint, our customer service will guide you forward in the process.

REFUNDS

A refund will be sent to the customer when the products arrive back to our warehouse. This can take from two days to a few weeks.

Diamond Beveragesilla has no obligation to refund in the following cases:
The products are delivered more than three (3) months prior to the complaint. 
The documents regarding the return are incomplete.
The products are returned without a notification/complaint made in advance.
