INSTRUCTION FOR RETURNING EMPTY KEGS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS :

  • The minimum amount for free empty keg return is 4 kegs. Under 4 keg returns a handling expense of 20€ vat 0% is charged.
  • It is advisable to inform in advance for returns of empty kegs.
  • The driver needs a pre-filled copy of the Return Form. If the restaurant wishes to have their own copy, please fill out another form. It is advisable to inform ahead of the returns for example in the comment section of a web order.
  • For empty kegs not belonging to Diamond Beverages an added fee of 50€ VAT 0% will be charged for expenses caused by returning them back to the restaurant.
  • Product returns should always be informed in advance to myynti@diamondbeverages.fi. Please make sure that besides customer information, return date and product information, also the quantity of returned products, the reason for the return (for example false taste, foamy etc.) and the best before or batch date as well is included to the e-mail. Returning KeyKegs we also need a picture of the QR-code and batch number, an example below. Without an upfront notice Diamond Beverages is not obligated to refund.
  • When returning products, the pre-filled Return Form should be attached on the product. Same information as in the e-mail should be filled in the form.
  • Diamond Beverages is not obligated to refund products delivered over 3 months before the reclamation.
  • It is very important for the restaurant information to be in the form so that the refund can be directed to the right customer. If the information is missing Diamond Beverages is not obligated to refund.
  • It is restaurants responsibility to instruct the driver to pick up the right returns.

  • The return of empty kegs as well as the amount of kegs returning should always be informed in advance to myynti@diamondbeverages.fi or in the comment section of a web order. Without an upfront notice the driver will not have the right documentation and Diamond Beverages is not obligated to pay a refund.
